I find writing poetry extremely valuable. When we write, we have to slow down and let some space into the moment. This is invigorating and refreshing. It’s also a wonderful discipline, a way to work with our mind and our perceptions.
Forty-six poems written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche between 1987-1994. Includes “Weather or Not,” “Jump & Be Joyous,” “Rocks & Mountain Kasung,” “Fortunate Clan,” “Time is Short,” and many other favourites.
